You will attend four inspirational evenings where you will learn a proven approach and be supported over four-weeks of group coaching experience where you will be supported through your own Empowerment Exercises!
Personal & Professional Compass
Research has consistently shown that individuals with a clear sense of purpose, both personally and professionally, tend to experience higher levels of motivation, resilience, and overall life satisfaction (Damon, 2018; Grant & Dutton, 2012). Understanding your WHY serves as a compass that guides your decisions, helping you stay focused and aligned with your goals and values (Sinek, 2009). By participating in this workshop, you can significantly enhance your sense of direction and drive by gaining crystal-clear clarity on your personal and professional mission and vision.
Burnout can take a toll on your physical and mental health, as well as your work performance and personal relationships (Maslach et al., 2001; Bianchi et al., 2020). Through the Rise Above Burnout Blueprint, you will learn to evaluate your level of burnout and prioritize self-care. This approach allows you to create a personalized action plan that promotes overall well-being and equips you to combat burnout effectively (Westman & Etzion, 2001). Practicing regular self-care has been associated with increased resilience and better stress management (Hill et al., 2017).
Life Audit Evaluation
Research has consistently shown that aligning your activities with your personal values and passions leads to greater life satisfaction and a profound sense of fulfillment (Waterman, 1993; Wrzesniewski et al., 1997). In this workshop, you will conduct a comprehensive Life Audit, identifying activities that drain your energy and those that bring you joy. Armed with this knowledge, you can make informed decisions about where to invest your time and effort, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
Goal setting and planning have a significant impact on your chances of success. Research consistently shows that setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals increases the likelihood of success (Locke & Latham, 2002). Through the analysis of your Life Audit, you will carefully evaluate and select your top personal and professional priorities, creating an actionable plan that sets you up for success and propels you toward your goals.
Take Timely Action
Effective time management is essential for improved productivity and reduced stress levels (Macan et al., 1990; Lounsbury et al., 2012). By identifying inefficiencies in managing your time and implementing new strategies, you will ensure that you dedicate time and effort to your most important priorities. Effective time management allows you to progress steadily and achieve your desired outcomes. We have saved the majority of our clients upwards of 30 hours of their time per week! How would you use 30 extra hours per week?
Shift from "do-it-all" to Delegator
Delegation is a powerful tool that reduces stress and workload while enhancing job satisfaction and overall well-being (Stewart & Barrick, 2000; Morgeson et al., 2010). Through the Rise Above Burnout Blueprint, you will work on diminishing limiting beliefs and implementing positive psychology and optimism strategies.
